Terms of service

1. Who can use this

You must be 21 or older and legally allowed to place sports wagers where you live. Sports betting is illegal in some places and restricted in others; that is your responsibility to know, not ours. We may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 21.

One account is for one person. Don’t share your login.

2. What you’re buying

A subscription gives you access to the picks published to your plan for as long as it stays active, plus whatever else that plan lists. That’s it. We don’t take your bets, hold your money, or place anything on your behalf. You choose what to bet, where to bet it and how much.

Picks are opinion and entertainment. They are not financial, investment or professional advice.

3. No guarantees

We do not guarantee winnings, profit, or any particular result. Past performance, including everything on our public track record, does not predict future results. Every published record is history, not a promise. Losing streaks are a normal part of sports betting, and you should never bet money you can’t afford to lose.

We publish results honestly, win or lose, and we grade picks the same way whether they won or lost. That is the only performance commitment we make.

4. Billing and renewal

• Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• The price you see at checkout is the price for that period. If we change prices, we tell you before a renewal at the new price.
• You can cancel any time from your account. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If a payment fails, we and Stripe will retry. If it keeps failing, access ends and the subscription closes.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which is part of these terms.

5. Discounts, referrals and sales agents

Referral discounts, offer codes and the sales agent program each have their own terms, shown where you sign up for them. We can change or end any of those programs with notice. Commission already earned is still paid.

Abusing a discount — fake accounts, self-referral, or codes shared where they weren’t meant to be — ends the discount and may close the account.

6. What you may not do

• Don’t redistribute the picks. Posting, forwarding, reselling or relaying member picks before they settle is the one thing that breaks this business, and it ends your access without a refund.
• Don’t share an account, scrape the site, or try to get at data that isn’t yours.
• Don’t claim to represent us, or promise results on our behalf, unless you are an approved sales agent following that program’s rules.

Free picks are public. Share those as much as you like.

7. Our content

The picks, writeups, records, site design and everything else here belong to us. You may use them for your own betting decisions. You may not republish them commercially.

8. Service availability

We aim to publish picks promptly and keep the site up, but we don’t guarantee either. Games move, lines move, and software breaks. We are not liable for a pick you couldn’t place, a line you couldn’t get, or downtime at your sportsbook.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for gambling losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Some places don’t allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop any time by cancelling. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and in serious cases (redistributing picks, fraud, chargeback abuse) without a refund.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you — pricing, what you get, your rights — we’ll tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we are established, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
